Flaxman Building was an example of a multi storey office building strip out project. Each floor was stripped of plasterboard stud partitions, wall plaster, ceiling finishes, floor finishes, services and FF&E. All waste was transported down to ground using large wheeled bins in the existing lifts that were protected to stay in situ.
