As part of the new multi million pound grandstand at Cheltenham Racecourse the existing A&R stand needed demolishing. With tight restrictions and the close proximity of existing structures to be retained the team completed this contract to the satisfaction of the Jockey Club and all concerned to make way for Kier Construction to build the new stand.
